| Easter Weekend April 14th through 16th |

| On Friday, when we arrived, the ice largely covered the lake but was starting to break-up. |
| The north shore was populated with ducks much of the weekend. |
| The Nicolet Golf Club is open! The course is in O.K. shape. The fairways are a bit lumpy. |
| Easter dinner was enjoyed by all. |
| You have heard of "running with the bulls". On Saturday I was introduced to "Swimming with the Cubes". To my knowledge, no one skied. |
| Water is pouring into the lake from the creek on the north end. The lake is down. We need rain. |
| How far down? Almost 3 inches below the nail. We have lost an inch since ice-in. |
| The wind picked up during the night on Saturday and this is all the the ice that survived. It was gone by noon. |
| The weather all weekend was very summer like. We'll be back next weekend to attend the maple syrup festival. |
