| Pumpkin Carving Weekend October 28 through 30th |

| Saturday was one of the best days I can remember for this time of year. Lots of sun and no snow. |
| The lake level continues it's annual dropping. Two inches below the nail and falling. Ice in will stop this but that's about 7 weeks away. |
| The sunset on Saturday was spectacular. We were coming off the links at Northwoods Country Club heading towards the lake (west) when it peaked, about 10 minutes before arriving at the bar and getting this picture. |
| Pumpkin carving 2005 was the best ever. Both artistically and socially (and tastelly, best apple pie ever).. |
| Cabins 4 and 5 are now gone. |
| As is cabin 3. It really feels strange with them gone but 1, 2 and 6 are still there and new construction is just a few seasons away. |
| By the time we're back (Thanksgiving) there could be snow. The lake should freeze soon after that. We will relocate the webcam to get a better view of ice-in. |
