| Saturday was cloudy and windy. We arrived late and the clouds and cold seemed to hasten the start of sunset. |
| Rain. If you had to sum the weekend in one word that would be it, rain. |
| The wind did die, but the damp, cool weather was more Seattle-like than Wisconsinish. |
| The weather is really greening up the northwoods along with bringing that lake level up to "there is no longer a beach" type levels. |
| We left early after about 0.75 inches of rain fell on Monday and more was coming. The water is cold, the fish inactive and the weather wet. We are hoping for a turn in these elements when we come back in 10 days. |
