There have been some changes since the last time we patronized the last restaurant on lake Metonga. The dining room is now open and the sandwiches have been augmented with weekend specials. The special on Saturday night is ribs. Baby back ribs. Slow cooked, fall off the bone, melt in your mouth baby back ribs. Now there were a few quality sides that came with the ribs but I was unable to tear my focus from the perfect pigsickles piled on my plate. If you miss coming here on a Saturday this summer you may not regret it today and you may not regret it tomorrow but you will regret it, and for the rest of your life!
