Nutritonists are always telling us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  If you buy that, then on Sunday mornings Copper Country is the most important resturant in the north woods. As we waited to be seated the breakfast buffet was spread out before us like a tasty obstacle course.  We all had the buffet and we were all quite pleased with the choice.  The food was hot and fresh (cold and old is a disturbing trend in large buffets).  There were may styles of eggs,  meats, potatoes, toppings  and fruits.  Toast is made to order.  All the items we had, and we had quite a bit, were great.  I really liked the tiny hot sausages. Altogether a most pleasant dining experience.

The breakfast buffet: helping northern Wisconsin residents join the ranks of the morbidly obese. I recommend  repeat trips to achive maximum rotundness.
